First his motivation and love for music which has seen him progress and move forward after loosing out on the X Factor, and second his modesty and loyalty to the industry and the individuals who represent musical creation as shown in his efforts to keep an open mind and explore alternative music scenes alongside working with producer and DJ Henry Skillz.

Beetlejuice 2, with Tim Burton a possiblity to direct?

Rumours have now be confirmed that Tim Burton‘s involvement in Beetlejuice 2 are no longer just rumours, with multiple individuals telling The Wrap that Burton is in talks to direct the sequel for Warner Bros.

The sequel which is set to be produced by Seth Grahame-Smith and David Katzenberg of KatzSmith Productions alongside The Geffen Company who produced the 1988 classic will see Burton reunite with Michael Keaton in the main role as the fast-talking ghost.

Anthony Hopkins praises Breaking Bad performances

Breaking Bad’s Bryan Cranston is one lucky actor, experiencing a one in a life time praise for his work by Oscar Winner Anthony Hopkins.

Hopkins publicist has confirmed that the Oscar winner sent Cranston an emailed letter applauding his performance in Breaking Bad, explaining it to be the best acting he has seen after watching all six seasons of the series recently.

2011’s Paranoid Thriller ‘Limitless’ to become a new TV series.

Deadline, Variety and Indiewire have all reported the newest addition to the rising trend of adapting big screen features to TV series’, with the latest addition; Relativity Television‘s partnership with Bradley Cooper and Georgeville TV to adapt 2011’s Limitless.

For those who may have forgotten, the film directed by Neil Burger followed Eddie (played by Cooper) a struggling writer who takes an illegal drug that gives him access to his brain’s full potential allowing him to evolve into the perfect version of himself, which consequently draws the wrong attention.

Hugh Jackman joins sci-fi comedy about gangsters and robots?

After exploding into cinemas with Elysium sci-fi filmmaker Neil Blomkamp is showing no signs of slowing down with his newsest sci-fi film Chappie in pre-production already, with Hugh Jackman rumoured to star as an antagonist in the film.

The sci-fi comedy is to be based on Blomkamp’s 2003 short film Tetra Vaal and is set in Johannesburg in South Africa.

Jackman, who confirmed the possibility of taking on the antagonist role in the film during a press conference for Prisoners will star alongside lead star Dev Patel and Sharlto Copley who will return for the voice the of main robot in Blomkamp‘s newest venture.

Netflix credited for Breaking Bad’s Emmy win by creator Vince Gilligan!

While surrounded by his crew on stage after their Emmy’s win for Best Drama, Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan shared his appreciation for one online streaming source in particular which he believes kept the show alive.

Mark Wahlberg and Rupert Wyatt to join Gambler remake!

Although Paramount‘s long development of 1974’s The Gambler remake has had a few set backs including the loss of director Todd Phillips and star Leonardo DiCaprio, it now seems director Rupert Wyatt and star Mark Wahlberg may be stepping onto the project that will be written and produced by some big names!

More starlets line up for Gone Girl lead role!

According to various sources, Charlize Theron, Natalie Portman, Emily Blunt and Rosamund Pike alongside Olivia Wilde, Julianne Hough and Australia’s own Abbie Cornish have all become contenders in a race to secure the role of Amy based on the New York Times best-selling novel Gone Girl.

David Fincher will be adapting the critically acclaimed novel written by Gillian Flynn which will see one of the lucky ladies staring alongside Ben Affleck!
